- Dear Mexico,If America is to join the Great War on the side of the Allies, we ask that you declare war on America, in exchange for land that you lost in the 1840s. We will have your back.
- Send a telegram with these exact words to Mexico with utmost secrecy.

- Germany, Germany, always trying something. We HAVE to let the U.S. know about this as soon as possible. Send the telegram to America.
- It looks like they were trying to encourage Mexico to declare war on the U.S., in the event of the U.S. joining the Great War on our side.
- Sir, I know it's late but our intelligence team just intercepted a telegram that Germany was sending to Mexico...
- Yes Sir!
- Mr. President, we just got a telegram from Britain stating that Germany offered Mexico U.S. land, if they were to declare war on America; in the event of America joining the war on the side of the Allies.
- THIS IS ABSOLUTELY ABSURD! We cannot stay neutral any longer, not after such a threat has made towards our nation.
