- Below are some of the unhealthy food items which we should avoid eating.
- Some fun facts :I don't like to eat vegetables ... so my mom make them into tasty dishes which i enjoy eating. I like to eat pizza but my mom makes them very rarely. She says it will make me fat.
- We should eat different kinds of healthy food to be healthy. These help us to grow and have healthy bodies. They also protects us from getting sick. We should avoid eating junk and unhealthy foods as they will make us fat and sick.
