- Sunday afternoon, Wendy and Jozh went out for a friendly date
- Burger?!? Shocks!! It's a good thing that you mentioned "burger". I almost forgot my project about enzymes
- Suddenly, Jozh remember his project in biology but Wendy cannot understand what Jozh is saying.
- Wait... whaaatt?! I don't understand. What is the connection between enzyme and burger??
- You see that burger? Well, enzyme breaks down proteins and that burger is full of proteins. Yo can search it.

- DO YOU SEE THOSE SHAPES? THOSE SHAPES ARE CALLED SUBSTRATES BECAUSE THE BURGER TURNS INTO SUBSTRATES IS BECAUSE OF OF HOW ENZYME WORKS ON THE BURGER.
- Every Substrate has a different shape and also enzymes however every substrates has enzyme. Every substance goes with an enzyme until the substrate is broken down. Enzyme and Substrate are combined with another molecule to create something new
- Now, have you seen what happened? This is called the catalysis. Catalysis is when the substrate is changed. The substrate is either broken down or combined with an enzyme. The substrate is combining with an enzyme to make new things. Now, notice as the enzyme and substrate became whole and perfectly fit. This is called lock and key method.

- Enzymes are like locks they will not open unless the right key is exact. Enzymes complete specific jobs and that specific job is the only thing enzymes do. Enzymes key is a substrate but once the substrate is broken down, the enzymes will goes to other substrates. And this process can only be done in s specific area and that is active site
