- Oh boy, he talks so much. I bet his so called "plan" has everything to do with the interests of Anti- Federalists.

- I have worked really hard to evaluate this plan and i am eager to introduce it. Action one is to pay off the national debt at face value meaning, the central government assumes the war debt's of the states. A centralized power would be ideal to fix this, prompting less risk of division amongst states.

- Now it's time for action two... an important action that will set future precedents... the protection and stimulation of American Industry. We need a protectionist policy where we enact heavy tariffs to boost American industry and subsidize local manufacturers.
