  • Basketball itself is a unique game to teach everyone teamwork and sportsmanship. In basketball, there are five players in each team. Each team tries to score a goal by tossing the ball to the opponents goal, which is an elevated horizontal hoop and net known as a basket. In this game the players have to score within the shot clock.
  • Graceful Gymnastics
  • The ball and the ballhandler must remain inbounds. There are certain terms in basketball like stepping, double tap, ice, double dribble and so on. These terms are remembered by the players so that they don't make any mistake. Basketball also keeps us fit and we learn how to make strategies and win the game.
  • Engage in Gymnastics
  • The values we learn from basketball are the value of teamwork, mental and emotional stability, inevitability of failure , life lessons of patience, hardwork and determination, to pay attention to the details, how to grab every opportunity, and how to take care of our physical and mental health.

  • Gymnastics is a sport that includes physical exercises requiring balance, strength, flexibility, agility, coordination, and endurance. The movements involved in gymnastics contribute to the development of the arms, legs, shoulders, back, chest, and abdominal muscle groups.
  • Gymnastics evolved from exercises used by the ancient Greeks that included skills for mounting and dismounting a horse, and from circus performance skills.The most common form of competitive gymnastics is artistic gymnastics, which consists of, for women (WAG), the events floor, vault, uneven bars, and beam; and for men (MAG), the events floor, vault, rings, pommel horse, parallel bars, and horizontal bar.
  • Gymnastics helps build up self-morale, determination and better communication skills. It gives us confidence. It also improves the quality of sleep, fights depression and aids weight loss in the most effective way. Participation in gymnastics from a younger age is important as it targets all muscle groups for total-body strength and flexibility.
