- So, Chandragupta slowly conquered all the towns and cities, and gained more forces in the process. They finally reached the capital of Dhanananda and fought a fierce battle against his army. Chandragupta won the war and exiled Dhanananda...
- Chandragupta soon learned all the arts of a king and led an attack on the very capital of Dhanananda...
- Chandragupta then became king and Vishnugupta tied his knotted hair. Vishnugupta then came to be known as Chanakya.
- ...But unfortunately, Chandragupta's small force was not enough to face Dhanananda
- AAHHH!!!!
- A couple days later -
- Chandragupta realized that a direct attack on Dhanananda's main capital. He knew he must attack through the edges.
- hmm...I think I know where we went wrong!
- AHH!!! This soup is very hot!
- Silly boy! Don't be foolish like Chandragupta! Start drinking from the edge and slowly drink till the middle.
- And that is how Chandragupta Maurya became king and created the Mauryan dynasty. Chandragupta's son was Bindusara, who's son was the great king Ashoka.
