- Kirra is a 13 year old girl who is part of the Ojibway people and spoke to one of elders in her community who told her she is ready to go on a journey to find her spirit helper but must first make preparations.
- You are ready to begin your journey to find your spirit helper and become an adult.
- Kirra is gonna prepare for journey to find her vision quest but first she has to purify her mind, body, and spirit before she goes onto her journey. She will part take in a sweat lodge ceremony
- Aki was purifying herself in the sweat lodge, also knows as the womb of Mother Earth. Kirra was meditating and praying while the steaming hot coal cleansed her. After Kirra was purified, she was ready for her vision quest.
- Kirra then proceeds to find a isolated ground to do her vision. The nature and water sounds flowing reminded her of how she is connected to Mother earth. She stayed there for about 3 days drinking the water near her and refraining from food to keep her mind clear for her vision to come
- Kirra's vision has appeared on the third day in a form of an eagle. She was exited to see her spirit helper and couldn't wait to tell her elders
- Kirra tells her elders the vision helper she got and what form it took. The elders say that she will have power and beauty. She is now a women and is now happy to know what role she has in the community.
- You will have great power and beauty in your whole life. You are now an adult
