- Maybe there is more to the solution apart from just birth controls and water....
- Since my doctor visit 2 weeks ago, my period has not regulated and I have not seen changes concerning my acne.
- I remember reading on Google to change my diet to a low carb/ high protein diet. Let's see if that will work...
