- Voting Rights!
- The Women's Rights movement has changed the world in many different ways. In the 1920's women gained the right to vote, and in the 1960's women began to fight to for equality.
- Equality
- In the 1960's the Women's Rights Movement was focused on providing healthcare for women, having an equal voice on political matters, and equalizing the gender pay gap.
- This had a huge impact on the world. Many women were around the world were able to stand up for their rights and introduce new ideas and laws.
- Throughout the years women continued to fight for their rights. In 1963 Hattie Ophelia Caraway Of Arkansas becoming the first woman elected to the U.S. Senate. This was an amazing accomplishment, and not long after people like Ruth Bader Ginsburg followed in her path.

- Women need healthcare too!
- The protests and activists from the 1960's have a big impact on how we look at Women's Rights today. Today we have many more rights then in 1960, but we still have a long way to go before we reach total equality.
- Equal Pay!
- We are still fighting fro equal pay here in The United States, but in some countries like Saudi Arabia women still do not have the right to vote. There are also many places in Africa and the Middle East where a woman can't get an education and can't have political opinions. In this moment we are all working for women's rights, and we will keep fighting until everything is equal.
