- There are three boys, Chris, Teddy and Gordon, spending their time hanging around in their treehouse playing cards, suddenly their friend Vern comes running into them.

- They wanted to find him, so they lied to their parents about going to camp at Vern's yard, they start their 20 mile journey to look out for their friend's body.
