- I remember it was a sunny morning for my first day of high school. I was anything but excited to say the least...

- nope, I'm not going
- Maybe I can just say I'm sick, then I won't go to try-outs.
- JOSH! YOU'RE GOING TO BE LATE!

- Maybe I could just tell them I don't want to play football and want to join band....
- Have a great day, Sam. Make sure you and your brother try out for football today.
- I won't be bias since I'm a co-coach, but I know you'll be amazing, Sammy.
- Pfft, so glad they believe in me too. It's not like I want to be like Sam anyways

- I'd always escaped into my head, it was filled with soft pastels and light music to drown out those long talks about sports with my family. If I was being honest with myself, I only kept my mouth shut, because I was scared how my family would react to me not wanting to be in any sports.
