- Hey Mom, so you remember that I have my big math test tomorrow? Should I stay up late tonight watching TV, or go to bed early?
- I think that you should go to bed early, because you will be well rested and do better on the test, but you could watch TV another day after your test is over.
- I felt a lot better after asking my mom what I should do. It is always a good idea to get a second opinion on a big decision.
- If I go to sleep early, then get a good grade on the test, it will teach me that sleep is important for tests. It will also help me to start building healthy habits before tests so that I make the right choice in the future!
- I got a 100% on my math test! My friend Camryn, who stayed up late watching TV got an 83%, so I guess I made the right decision!
