- Wow, Buzzy! All these great questions! There are 3 steps to cellular respiration. There is Glycolysis, where there is 2 ATP, the Krebs Cycle, where there is also 2 ATP, and the Electron Chain Transport, where there is 30-32 ATP.
- Cool! Can you give me some similarities and differences within cellular respiration?

- Of course! Photosynthesis converts carbon dioxide and water into oxygen and glucose. Glucose is used as food by the plant and oxygen is a by-product, Photosynthesis takes place in the chloroplast, Carbon dioxide is drawn into the plant through tiny holes called stomata
- However, in cellular respiration Cellular respiration converts oxygen and glucose into water and carbon dioxide and restoration produces carbon dioxide and water as a waste.
