- What are the workplace ethics/character traits that an employer looks for?
- Jack
- Jon has just caught Jack stealing from the cash register. Jack is on good terms with Jon. However, he is loyal to the company and knows that he needs to report Jack. He self disciplines himself by not creating a scene. He stays calm.
- Ha ha! Jon does not know that I am stealing from the cash register!
- Jack is stealing from the cash register!

- Jon tells his boss, Charlotte, about Jack stealing from the cash register. He does not lie or make an excuse and tells the truth. Charlotte can trust that Jon will alert her if something wrong is going on in the workplace. Jon displays good workplace ethics.
- Sam has just caught Jack stealing from the cash register. Jack is on good terms with Sam. However, unlike Jon, Sam does not report Jack. Therefore, Sam is not being loyal to the company. In addition, he creates a scene by not staying calm.

- Charlotte finds out that Jack stole from the cash register by looking at the security cam footage. She also finds out that Sam knew about it, but did not report Jack, which could cost him his job. Sam did not display good work ethics
