- EVERYTHING!! We have a terribly toxic work environment where collegues are constsantly fighting. We also don't have a clear goal, and a lack of autonomy makes it impposible for me to suggest ways we can fix this. Even when I work hard, I often just feel burned out and don't even get recognition for my work.
- EVERYTHING! At the office, there is a poor work environment and many colleagues are often in conflict. There is also a unclear goal as to what we need to achieve, and a lack of autonomy meaning I can't even suggest my ideas on how we can improve. Even if I do constantly work hard, I just end up feeling burned out and I don't get any recognition for my work anyways.
- I'm sorry my irresponsibility and incompetence as a leader has made you feel unmotivated in a working environment. Changes will be made once we get back to the office.
