- The shadows came into view. They were a muscular, blonde-haired boy, a black-haired girl in a pink dress, and a blonde-haired girl wearing black. The group made sure to stay behind their tree.
- Yield?
- ...yield .
- Suddenly, Evangeline accidentally stepped on some twigs! The strange people whirled around and confronted the four with mixed reactions.
- So what are your names?
- I’m Tedros, this is Sophie and Agatha.
- Cal immediately sprung into action, igniting a flame above him. Maven and Evangeline followed, setting off some smoke and calling a sword from somewhere. Mare hadn’t practiced her ability much, but a bolt of lightning escaped her. The three strangers looked terrified!

- The four got the foreigners on their knees. They agreed to surrender to Mare, Cal, Evangeline, and Maven. The black-haired girl began praying.

- After everyone calmed down a bit, Mare decided that she’d figure out who these people were. Evangeline asked for help in finding the castles.
- We’re looking for some castles. Care to help?
- Sure. We’ll show you to the closest castles: our schools.
- Sophie, Tedros, and Agatha started to guide the Nortans to their school, but a voice cut in, interrupting them...
