- Rising Action:Malawi suffers a severe drought, which leads to a famine.William's sister is also born during this time.William is disappointed when he discovers that he was not accepted into the secondary school that he wanted. He is forced to drop out of the one he was accepted into because his family was unable to pay for the tuition.
- The Climax: He builds a windmill that is able to generate energy for his home.
- Falling Action William continues to have trouble with his windmill, but with the help of his friends he prefects it.
- Resolution He made a windmill to help his friends and family. William continues to learn more about electricity and inspire people around the world with his speeches.
