- The tropical rain forest's list of abiotic factors include its soil which is made of granites and rhyolites, and metamorphic sedimentary rocks. Also with a climate that is hot and humid and wet, with a top wind speed 6.2 miles per hour

- Some of the biotic factors include Epiphyte plant, Parrots, Cougars, Bobcats, Orchids, Amazon water lily, Toucan, Howler Monkey, Red eyed tree frog, Bromeliads, Anaconda
- Competition In the rainforest
- Neotropical rain frogs are preyed upon by rear-fanged snakes. Their relationship is predator and play.
- Brazil nut trees are dependent on several animal species for their survival. The tree relies on the agouti the agouti is the only animal with teeth strong enough to open their seed pods. While the agouti eats some of the Brazil nut's seeds, it also scatters the seeds across the forest. This is an example of mutualism
- In the tropical rainforest, big cats such as tigers, jaguars and leopards all compete for food
