  • Lily, Tommy, and Bryce met at the park the morning of the big race
  • Hi Bryce! Are you ready for the race?
  • Yes! I just learned how to tie my shoes for the race.
  • I think it is time to get ready.
  • The kids went to the track to see everyone excited to watch Lily, Tommy, and Bryce
  • The whole town was talking about the competition the whole week
  • Woo Hoo
  • Ready! Set! Go!
  • Tommy, Lily, and Bryce lined up at the start
  • The kids start racing to the finish line
  • Ouch!
  • I'm almost there!
  • Shoe Tying
  • What was that?
  • I tripped on my shoelaces and fell. I will never win the race now!
  • What's wrong Bryce?
  • That is a good idea!
  • It doesn't matter if you win or lose as long as you have fun. Let's tie your shoes then finish the race together!

  • Directions:Give each participant a cotton ball and a straw. Find a place to lay the string or ribbon to form a finish line. Have a race to see who can blow their cotton ball using the straw past the finish first.Other ways to do this is using the ribbon as a start and seeing who can blow it the farthest.
