- m baby is just so precious and cute i don't understand why she cry so much when I'm not holding her

- she will be okay you have to let her cry it out otherwise you'll stress yourself.
- I mean I know cry it out loud method is a good training skill, but I don't want to just let her cry out loud. she is only 4 months she not able to soothe herself until she 6 months.
- Jessica the dr said the baby can cry it out until she falls asleep. babies may protest for 26 minutes of crying just before they actually fall asleep. is called the extinction method. allowing the baby to cry until they fall asleep without your help.
- I just think she is too small to just be sitting here crying the whole-time baby. I guess i can try and make this method work because i won't be able to get a babysitter or nothing if she can't be unheld,
- exactly love. if we stick with the COL method, we will see an effective change within 4 days or even faster. it will help me and you both to get better sleep and also the baby will get better sleep.
