- Oberon and Titania argue because they both want the boy that Titania has stole from the Indian King.Titania says she she didn't still the boy but is looking over him because she knew the boys mother.
- Oberon creates a plan to get revenge and steal the boy.Oberon orders Robin to find a flower called "love-in-idleness" that will make anyone fall in love immediately once they lay eyes on them.Oberon wants to put the juices of the flower onto Titania's eyelash's so that he can get away with his plan.
- Robin finds the flower and Oberon orders him to find "a man who want's nothing to do with a Athenian lady that is in love with him." Robin then finds a man and puts the flower juice onto Lysander mistaking him for Demetrius(the man Oberon was talking about). Helena walks in waking up Lysander causing Lysander to fall in deep love with her. Lysander says that he loves Helena now but Hermia thanks it's all a joke and runs away.
