- But, Mom, I do have friends online, and I would hang out with some guys from highschool if I weren't locked down. I've joined the Indonesian Students' Association, anyway...
- You don't even talk to those people in the Association, though. And do you really think those people online are your friends? You don't even know them, Hilmy. You won't ever meet them. What good will they do to you?
- Yeah, you're right, Mom. I guess I just find it hard to befriend new people. I'm shy and I don't think there are a lot of ways to meet peers externally, anyway.
- Well, I'm sure there are some ways to do it online, you just have to look for it. Don't be so passive, Hilmy, okay? You're an adult now.
