- We are passing the Patman Bill to pay a bonus to WW1 veterans in 1945.
- OMG! What about the Patman Bill which is supposed to grantee me a bonus? What if I can just get it earlier?
- As a result of the Great Depression America was going through a financial crisis.
- With barely any money how am I supposed to bring food on the table?
- Witch everything going on the march on DC was planned for the veterans to get their bonuses.
- The military was ordered to go to the Bonus Army's camp and burn it down. This horrific event spoke volumes during this period.
- As you all know the Great Depression has really hit us hard, and its time we change that!
- We should march onto Washington DC and express or concerns and our demand to get the bonus now!
- I agree, we have fought in the front lines and given our lives for this country, it is time to ask for something in return
- What is this going on outside with the veterans? Don't tell me this something like the Red Scare, OMG is this a communist attack?
- No, that is not it.The veterans want their bonuses now, and we can't give it to them, not in the crisi we are in.
- This is unexceptable!
- Leave these grounds at once, or the soldiers will have to forcefully drag you out. Your bill will not pass so just leave!!
