  • Hello Welcome ma'am, My name is Pamela Smith a massage therapist who has worked on all types of clients.
  • I have been feeling very unwell about my gluteal body part, It has been aching nowadays and its a bothersome when I go for work.
  • Okay ma'am, what can I do to make you feel better?
  • I'd like to recommend for you to take the gluteal massage ma'am. Since you've been feeling unwell about your buttock part this will help since it will decreased tensions, prevention of delayed onset muscle soreness, reduced muscle tightness and decreased pain.
  • Really? Well if that massage is good for me, then I'll surely take it.
  • In terms of my present and past present of mental state of mind, I'm doing good. I sleep about 8 hours every night and I have a healthy lifestyle and I exercise everyday. But well maybe when it comes to my physical health, I'm truly fine but these past few days, I'm not okay physically but maybe its because I stress about my work and I just sit down the whole day there. that's why I kind of feel like I need some sort of relaxation you know?
  • Okay ma'am but before the session begins, I'd like to know about your past and present state of mental and physical health.
  • Oh, that's why, massage helps for relaxation. But, we need to just simply put a little pressure on your gluteal part ma'am. okay? so that your situation won't worsen. Is that okay?
  • Yes of course if that'll help with my situation right now, then I'll go for it.
  • Okay ma’am so, the gluteal massage will help you relax and all-important gluteal muscles and eases pressure by strumming the fingers back and forth, side to side, just below the bump of a thick bundle of muscle, angling down and away from the dimple.
