- Bang! the door slammed shut behind me. 'click'! the lock slid into place.
- I was supposed to meet Jake here but it appears to have all been a set-up
- Before me stood a grand Victorian staircase. From all the walls surrounding me, hung portraits of past masters and mistress of the household , their eyes followed me wherever I moved. Cobwebs covered the widows like intricate lace curtains. My curiosity intensified and I continued further into the huge mansion .
- As I stood there I could see hazy , white figues with red eyes multiplying and vampires with sharp , pointy teeth and bright red eyes staggering towards me. I could taste the strong , salty taste of sweat on my lips and fear. I could hear the evil, haunting pearls of laughter and the echo of footsteps down the hallway, I felt absolutely petrified.
- Then everything went black!
- My hands shook uncontrollably and my knees developed a mind of their own , knocking furiously together. My heart pounded like I had ran a marathon and the beating drummed in my ears. A small whimpering sound escaped my lips.
- As I felt around the wall I felt something stand out. I pushed it in and appeared in my bedroom
