Intimacy vs. Isolation (18-40)

This is the stage in your life when you're ready to start sharing your life with others and you're confident enough to rely on other people for support and if you don't have that self confidence then building and having relationships with people will be a little harder because you don't have enough self reliance to depend on other people

Generativity vs. Stagnation

(40-65)

During this stage you might have your mid life crisis and you might feel the need to do things for your family and try to leave a legacy or you might want to do stuff you've never done before and make sure all your affairs are in order before you die.

Integrity vs. Despair

(65-death)

During the last stage you either have good feelings about the way you lived or you're really sad and you regret the way you did your life and you wish you could change things.
