- Hello my fellow citizens, I decided to create a new law

- A monarchy government is ruled by a king. The kings were able to create laws and act as a judge. A positive aspect of having a monarchy government is that kings became kings based on an election instead of an inheritance. A negeative part of having a monarchy government is the kings had to depend on the richer citizens since they were able to afford all the armor and to supply soldiers. The time period is 2000-800 BCE.

- A democracy government is ruled by the people. They were able to vote on any issue. A negative part of a democray is that some powerful speakers persuaded other citizens to vote unwisely. It started in 500 BCE.

- Hello, I am to poor to buy some food, can you please spare some money!
- No! I do not waste money to poor people, only to the rich people.
- A oligarchy is ruled by a group of wealthy men. They protected their own wealth. The negative part of an oligarchy is the rich became richer and the poor became poor. The time period was 800-650 BCE.
