- Eckles and two other hunters travel back to the prehistoric dinosaur era to hunt dinosaurs.
- Eckles steps off the path
- Eckels and his partners [Travis and Esperance] are in the office preparing to leave on a safari.
- Retrieving Bullets from the Dead Dinosaur/ Going back home
- Ugh come on faster Eckles, you're taking forever!
- Eckels, Travis and Esperance go back to the time of dinosaurs (250-65 million years ago) and Eckels first learns about the path "Stay on the Path."
- The resolution

- Eckels sees the dinosaur and realizes he can't kill it and then he steps off the path, the dinosaur is killed by the other members.
- Eckels is told to retrieve the bullets from the dead dinosaur and then the Safari goes back to 2055.
- Eckels gets out of the time machine and realizes something has changed, he finds the butterfly on his shoe. Eckels realizes that life no longer exists and then Travis shoots Eckels.
- “No, it can’t be. Not a little thing like that. No!”
