- I’m trying!
- Come on! We need to catch fish to survive.
- Viking beach Scandinavia 622 A.D.
- Son I’m sorry I have to leave and go raiding we don’t have any food and you can’t come with me
- Please don’t leave me here!
- Castle Scandinavia 626 A.D.
- A ha we are gonna take you prisoner!
- I’m still alive!
- Matthew and his father Roman are fishing. But they can’t catch anything. If they don’t catch anything then they wont have any food.
- Viking beach Scandinavia 627 A.D.
- Roman is going to go raiding. Since they don’t have any food Roman is going raiding as they don’t have any other options. Matthew is sad that his father is leaving and wants to go with him but can’t.
- Castle Scandinavia 628 A.D.
- Roman goes raiding for 4 years and gets rich. They were gonna go on one last raid then head back home. This last raid goes wrong and half his raiding party is killed with Roman being taken as prisoner.
- Castle Dungeon Scandinavia 628 A.D.
- Roman’s raiding party thinks he’s dead and they flee back home. When they get back they tell Matthew that his father is dead. Matthew get’s mad and doesn’t believe his father is dead and goes back to the castle to get his father back.
- Sorry kid he died.
- No! I don’t believe you I’m gonna go save him
- Matthew survives the journey to the castle. He makes his way through the castle past the guards looking for his father. Matthew wants to kill the guards out of anger but doesn’t as he would probably get caught.
- I can’t let them see me I’ve got to save my father.
- As Matthew is sneaking his way through the castle he finds the dungeon where his father has been tortured and kept prisoner for the past 2 years. Matthew is happy to see his father is alive. Matthew grabs his father and they sneak out of the castle and back home.
- Son thank you for coming back for me.
- Father! I’ve come back for you lets get you out of here
