- The steps of passing a bill are to first draft the bill and make sure it is sound enough to be passed
- the bill would be voted on and if the bill takes too long to be finalized, it will be considered "dead"
- Eventually, the bill will reach the president and if he passes it, it will become a law. if the president does not want the bill to pass, he will veto it but the legislative and judicial branches can take a 2/3 vote to go around the president's choice.
