- Jeremy is a 31 year old army veteran turned, narcotics officer for the Dallas Police Department
- I'm getting tired of these 16 hour shifts 6 days a week. They don't pay me enough for this!
- Everyday he dreads the drive into work knowing the dangers he faces.
- How do they expect me to catch all these dope dealers by myself?
- Jeremy has encountered a drug deal while undercover between to armed degenerate teenagers.

- As Jeremy tries to apprehend the suspect, he draws a weapon before he runs and escapes. Jeremy calls for back up but they never arrive because so many have been defunded.

- With the building stress that has previously destroyed his marriage and life, Jeremy now spends every evening alone abusing alcohol.
- No point in going home when no one is there.
- Jeremy drowns his sorrows with alcohol and substance abuse while contemplating his will to live. Sadly this is the fate of most of our law enforcement officers and yet we turn a blind eye.
