- 2. a. Right to EqualityRight to equality guarantees equal rights for everyone, irrespective of religion, gender, caste and place of birth .
- 1. firstly there are six fundamental rights
- 3} yes i've studied this one.
- 1} Now the second right is Right to Freedom
- 2} RIGHT TO FREEDOM Freedom is one of the most important ideals cherished by any democratic society. we have right to speak etc.
- 1} third is the right against exploitationthis right prohibits human traffic, beggar and it also prohibits employment of children under 14 years in hazardous factories
- 1} fourth is the right to freedom of religion this right includes that there is equal respect given to all religion. the state should not have official religion every person have the right to freely practice his/her faith.
- 2} fifth right is right to cultural and education right. these rights protect the rights of religious ,cultural and linguistic minorities by facilitating them to preserve their heritage and culture
- 1} now last but not the least is right to constitutional remedies.the constitution guarantees remedies if citizens fundamental rights are violated citizens can go to supreme court which can issue writs for enforcing fundamental rights.
