- In a dessert-like ecosystem, coyotes and two different color of snakes live in the same environment.
- Nooooo!!
- Our food is running out, maybe we should try to eat the red snakes for a change
- You know what, maybe you're right
- Coyotes often choose the brown-colored snakes over the red ones to eat.

- Each day fewer and fewer brown-snakes are still alive and are able to keep their species from going extinct.
- Man I thought it was going to be a good day
- The brown snakes nearly go extinct until the coyotes start adapting to the extremely low number of brown snakes, as they start to build an appetite for the red snakes too.
- Finally!
- Over time, the brown snakes' population starts to increase to that of the red snakes.
- The coyotes stay the predators to the snakes, but both species and colors are able to survive without going extinct thanks to the coyotes who adapted to the circumstances of their food going away.
