Would Josh have payed the bail if I hadn't climbed the skyscraper?!
Conflict
Rising Action
Living in the city, Peak has started climbing skyscrapers for sport, and gets arrested. He now has to face the charges, or escape to Tibet/Nepal with his father to an unknown adventure.
Climax
You need this more than I do! Go on!
The conflict is Peak is very mad at his father because the only reason he came to rescue him from the charges was so he could get his son to the top of Everest because he would be the youngest and it would save his father's climbing company.
Falling Action
Where is Sun-Jo?!
Josh read off the names on the climbing teams, A, B, and C. Peaks' Name was not on the list. He was sent back down the mountain with Zopa, Yogi, and Yash thinking his summit attempt is crushed.
Resolution
Peak makes the grown up decision to let his friend Sun-Jo get to the summit instead of himself so he is the yougest person to ever summit everest because his family really needs the money from equipment endorsments. Peak could have made the summit but didn't because he didn't have a reason to.
On the way down the mountain Peak got caught by Captain Shek (in charge of law inforcement) and brought to his headquarters to be questioned about Sun-jo, but he alredy escaped to Nepal over Everest.
Peak gets on a plane and returns home to New York and enjoyed the Peas birthday party and finished his story of his experiences on Everest to give to his school councelor, Vincent for his "final."
