  • • Custody under the Department of Juvenile Justice• 30-day sentence• Youth Development Center• Released back into custody of parents/guardians• Possible outcomes:• Similar to sentencing in the adult justice system*After the final step, the juvenile may choose to appeal if found delinquent/ unruly.
