  • Todays sheep are covered almost exclusively with true hair
  • Most sheep have two types of hair from which wool is obtained.The outer coarse is known as kemp.True wool is from which wool fibre is obtained
  • A fine and soft fibre obtained from the undercoat of cashmere goat is called Cashmere
  • Cashmere goat are found only in mountain regions of china and tibet.
