- Sitting there, on a bench, after having graduated from school I began to reflect how was my experience through this stage of my life, when I realized I did not actually enjoy it.
- Through high school I was so worried about getting good grades and doing everything that was not even humanly possible that I did not enjoy any of it.
- Upon reflection I understood why...
- I call up to the stage Piero Tassara, for being the best Prefect of his class.
- I call up to the stage Alessandra Tassara for her to receive the University Prize for being the best medic of her class.
- I have always felt the pressure of my siblings achievements. This has led me to overload myself with activities, study as hard as I could for every subject and try to be the best in everything.
- Which in many occasions has provoked me to explode.
- How is that enjoying my life?
- My mom never truly understood how I felt...
- Mom I am tired, I do not think I will be able to study correctly for tomorrow's test
- You just do to many things, you need to slow down
- She does not understand that I just can not quit, or I will not be as good or better than my siblings
- You may be thinking that she always compared me to them or to other girls my age.
- But my mom and dad have always taught me not to.
- It is just the feeling that I get when I make her happy for something I have done, just like my brother and sister made her proud with all they did.
- I call to the stage the new prefects for the 5th grade.. Carla Tassara...
- But this was something that I imposed on myself since I could not care what she thinks but it is not that easy for me
- even though my parents did force me to do good at school or else...
- So, when they say that I can not attend hockey practice makes me work extra hard.
