- I hate myself, I'm so fat. I can't believe I let go of myself so much. I'm just going to stop eating so much for a while. I don't deserve to eat. I'm going to have a glow up.
- Seeking Validation from other People
- You're right Chloe, it doesn't suit her at all.

- Wow Leah, you look great
- Leah is uncomfortable in the clothes she is wearing, but she doesn't want to be a loner so she does what she thinks she 'has' to. She also has body issues and Chloe bring it up doesn't help.
- Realization
- Okay, whatever you say. Bye Hannah.
- Wow, you changed. your hair color. Pity, your old one looked better.
- Chloe's words got to her head and Leah is now falling into a downwards spiral, hating herself and punishing herself for no good reason.

- You know what, I'm tired of this. I love my natural hair and I'm going to keep it that way.
- Even though she had a glow-up and lost weight, people still have bad things to say about her. Leah doesn't realize how toxic it can be, all she wants is validation.
