- Cat and Fan are in different times, but both with a passion for swimming. Fan swims at Wylie's Baths, Mina, Fan's best friend's father owns the baths. One day to find if Cat still has a passion for swimming she goes to the baths, at that time, they switch. When they switch places, so does their time, so Cat is now with Dewey, Fan's sister, and her other many siblings, along with her mother and father. Fan is now with Cat's parents and sister Maisy. Finaly, when Cat and Fan relies what's going on, they have to solve small problems that are in the other's lives, like swimming races and prestentaions. They both go to Wylie's baths to reverse the magic, luckily, it works, and they can go back to their normal life. In the end, Cat gives her scholarship to her sister, because she still has a true love for swimming. Fan keeps her swimming goals up, wanting to beat everyone and win a gold, even if her father can't watch her races.

- Mr. Wylie:Mr. Wylie owns Wylie's baths and has a daughter, Mina, she is Fan's friend and swimming rival. Mr. Wylie has a fair amount of money, unlike Fan and her family. "My dad says you've been here all afternoon!" - Mina
