- After being in the camp for many months . Eli and the campers were forced to leave the camp before the liberating army came looking for them . They were forced to walk in the snow to get to another camp.
- After miles of walking . Eli and His father couldn't walk no more. Eli and his father decided to stop walking and sit by a shed like place. Eli couldn't no more he wanted to die at the moment but he knew he had to stay for his father, His only hope for living . Eli wanted to fall asleep but his father told him '' ones falls asleep forever''. So he didn't sleep .
- After many miles... Elie and the Jews that survived were able to make it to the new camp. Many were shoving which caused many to be crushed. Elie and his father were crushed. Juielk , Eli friend wanted his violin... He wanted to play something he loved for one last time as his time was passing by .. He played one last song as he took his last breath.
- Then minutes after arriving to the camp There was selection again ... The weak to the left ,the good to the right . Eli father was selected to the left... Eli couldn't be alone he need his father so he ran to him . A guard ran after Eli. Eli father than moved to the right with Eli . No one saw them. The were together but not for long....
- Cold, Empathy and alone that's how Eli felt after losing his father ... Eli couldn't take his father death . He believed that it should've been him to die not his father .Nothing mattered to Eli he wanted his father nothing else.
- After Eli being in the camp for 2 years... He was finally liberated . He was a free man . He took one last look at himself while being in camp. He hadn't seen how he looked like while being there. He couldn't recognize himself. He was a different person. A person he wouldn't imagine . After all the misery he went through he was free. He didn't feel free . He felt pain and loss. Years After Eli being free , He deiced to share what happened to him during those 2 years . So people would hear his story .
