- Let's begin with uploading files first. At the left side of your screen, click "New" then select " File upload". Look for the file you want to upload, select it then hit "open". The file will now uploaded to your Google drive and will be available for preview or edit to you and the people you shared with.
- Next is sharing the file you uploaded to your friends, classmates or colleagues. On your Google drive, click the folder you want to share. Click Share. Under "People," type the email address or Google Group you want to share with. To choose how a person can use the folder, click the Down arrow. Click Send. An email is sent to people you shared with.
