- The 2001 CEFR provide a comprenhensive framework for languages learners to effectively practice a foreign language
- In 2008 council's Recommendation to Menbers States encouraged the implementatio of the CEFR for language in education systems and multilingualism
- The CEFR should be consistenly used by national, regional and local education authorities for language learning, ensuring appropiate and consist use of them
- so, this initiave encourages language policy makers and educational administrators to maintain unity in language objectives and raise awareness about language skills education
