- Hi, I am going to talk about local culture, and together we will be explaining the key differences about pop culture and local culture!
- Local culture is a word that is widely used to describe the experience of everyday living in distinct, recognizable locales. It expresses ordinary people's emotions of appropriateness, comfort, and accuracy, which determine personal preferences and shifting tastes. That is the main definition for local culture!
- Members of a civilization often perceive popular culture as a set of activities, ideas, and items that are prominent or common in a society at a certain period in time. Popular culture also includes the behaviors and emotions elicited by engagement with these prominent items. That is the main definition for pop culture! One example of pop culture would be Buddhism because anyone, it does not matter what race you are, and you can practice this religion! Another example of pop culture is Fandom, the creation for cosplay, the reason why Fandom is an example of pop culture is because it gradually changes over time, and a lot of people are in the Fandom Cosplay Culture!
- I believe that pop culture is superior to local culture since more people gravitate toward pop culture than local culture, and in local culture, not everyone gravitates toward local culture because it is local, and less people use that culture!
- I believe that local culture is superior than pop culture since it is more distinct. Furthermore, local culture is rural and stable throughout time, implying that it will not change as quickly as pop culture! Examples for local culture would be, foreign languages, folklore, etc. and the reason why these are examples of local culture is because they spread from family members and other people!
- The main differences between pop culture and local culture is that local culture is often rural, and constant through time yet variable across location. Pop culture, on the other hand, tends to be pervasive and spread throughout a big geographic area, to be centered in urban areas, and to change relatively quickly over time.

- The main similarities between pop culture and local culture is that they both have culture, and most people follow a culture, it doesn't matter if it is local or pop or even folk culture. All cultures are equal, and there is no superior culture!
