- "Where am I... Why am I in the hospital? Who are these people."(2)

- A doctor walks in and asked Chase how he is doing. Then Chase asked the questions that a normal person asks when they wake up in a hospital.
- Chase Ambrose was climbing onto the roof like he always does. He was just playing around when he suddenly fell and hit his head on the ground.
- "How do you feel." (2)
- "He's awake.."(1)
- Chase's mom finds him laying out on the ground and then calls an ambulance to get him help. Chase was unconscious when his mom found him.
- Chase arrives at the hospital with all his family and is still unconscious. The doctor thinks this fall might have done something to his brain.
- After a few days, Chase wakes up and doesn't know where he is or who he is. His mom and brother are by his side and he doesn't know who they are.
- "Get the doctor..."(1)
- "I've never seen you before in my life...My mother is...my mother is"(3)
- When Chase says that he doesn't know who these people are his mom tells his who she is. Chase doesn't believe her and tries to think of his mom and can't.
- "Chase,honey... It's me. Mom"(3)
