- Once there was a man named Mark who had just been rolled to be a leader in his group.mark knew that it was not going to be an easy job and that he would face many struggles along the way. mark was particularly concerned about his team and how they perform as a team
- As the newly appointed team leader, Mark identified the need to improve communication among his team members. His first step towards achieving this was to foster a sense of unity. Mark called for a team meeting and shared his vision of building a cohesive and strong team. He stressed the importance of teamwork and urged his colleagues to collaborate and support one another. Mark also encouraged his team members to offer assistance to anyone who might be struggling with a task or assignment.
