- Jack and Sally are wanting a new haunted music box for their home but in Halloween town, which is where they live they can't buy a music box until they are both 21. That is the way it's been for ages and ages.
- Mixed Economy
- Jack decided to visit the North Pole to see if he could buy a haunted music box at 18 if he moved there. He went to Santas work shop to see if the elves could make a music box for him.
- He asked the elves if they could make the music box for him and they said they can not make it until Santa approves of it. Santa controls almost everything that happens in the work shop.
- Market Economy
- Jack talked to Santa and persuaded him to only have to approve of the big things that will be made in the work shop and the elves can decide on the small things they want to make.
- Sadly Santa said that they could make the music box but he can not take it unless he is 21. Jack decided to try one more place to see if they could can get the haunted music box now.
- Jack and Sally went to their last option, Thriller village. They asked someone who they thought controlled the village but she said that Thriller village does not have someone in charge. The people made the decisions which means Jack and Sally could move here to get their haunted music box.
