- On the first day, God created the heavens and the earth but without a specific shape. On the second day, God gave the earth its shape and formed it together.

- On the third day, God created water. He created water throughout the entire earth so that dry land was now visible. God created water to start vegetation.

- On the fourth day, God created night and day. He made a separation between the times of day made a giant sun to glow during the day and moon to shine at night with the stars.

- On the fifth day, God created specific animals to live in water and land. He created creatures to fly underneath the sky.
- On the sixth day, God created every other kind of animal and he created humanity. He designed male and female humans to live in his world and provided humans and animals with the ability to multiply.
- On the seventh day God had completed his work and creations and rested after he blessed the earth.
