- Im the south and we need slaves for our economy! Slaves provide work and help us in congress with population=representation. Congress is trying to pass laws to make slavery go away but they don't understand its most of our economy!
- That's not true look at the compromise of 1850! Look at the Fugitive slave act! Congress is on your side.
- Im the north and I think the south shouldn't be able to have slaves. Slavery should be illegal and every state should be a free state. We support the Wilmot Proviso.
