The British would pack their things to send to Africa. They sent goods like Weapons, Cloth, Building Materials, etc.
Ship Arrived to America
When the British brought the goods, they exchanged the goods for slaves. The slaves were very upset because they were being transported far away.
Slaves Were Auctioned Off in Americas
The Middle Passage was created from the use of transporting slaves between Africa to the Americas. Slaves would be terribly abused and held hostage during this trip. Between 10% and 20% of the slaves died on the trip due to starvation, murder, or suicide.
Ship Heads Back to Britain
The slaves that were alive were unloaded from the ship and traded for more goods like, molasses, rum, tobacco, etc. They were then transported to an auction arena in the Americas.
After the slaves arrived, they were taken to an auctioning arena to be auctioned off to workers or others. They were hurt and abused by the owners and would probably never see their families again.
After all the exchanges were made, the ship returned to Britain. They now had more goods like, rum, molasses, tobacco, etc. They would then continue to retrace the triangle and gather more goods and slaves to trade.
