- As Dr. Susanwas going for her rounds, she noticed an old man who at the peek of dying which broke her heart.
- Sir, what happened to you?
- I have heart problem. Here the nurse told the expense, but I don't have that much money.
- As Dr. Susan heard this , she ran towards Dr. Steve
- Doctor there is an old man in the room who is going in for a immediate heart surgery. But, he does not have that much moey.... we have to do something
- OH, I am the doctor that consulted him. He has no cash, so no surgery. You do know the hospital protocols.
